Vietnam e-Visa: conditions and obligations

Your passport must be valid for the entire trip and typically remain valid for at least six months beyond your planned exit date. You must hold an eligible nationality and state a permitted travel purpose (e.g. tourism or business).

All information in the application must be truthful, complete and match your passport. Incorrect or incomplete data can lead to rejection, delays or entry problems.

After approval you receive an e-Visa with a fixed validity period and stay duration (typically up to 90 days, depending on approval). You may only enter Vietnam via the entry gate selected in your application and must comply with Vietnamese entry and stay rules.

You must present the approved e-Visa on entry (print or digital copy, per current requirements) and provide further proof on request.

In addition to the e-Visa, Vietnam may require a pre-arrival declaration. Check current guidance before departure and use the official portal if needed: https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn. VietEvisa does not replace mandatory government reporting.

The official government fee is currently 25 USD for single entry and 50 USD for multiple entry, collected on the state portal. Our service fee (25 USD) applies only to optional assistance and is shown separately.
